In their acceptance letter no later than February 11, 2026, participants will receive a link to submit their extended abstracts (3 pages), which have to be prepared in accordance with the template. Extended abstract template can be found here.

The extended abstracts in the form of conference proceedings will be published Open Access by our publishing partner Paradigm.

Deadline for extended abstracts: March 25, 2026.

Remember - the first author to submit an extended abstract will receive an appreciation gift from the Organising Committee!
