Welcome reception
Welcome reception on the first day of the conference will take place at the Latvian State Institute of Wood Chemistry. After an exciting day of workshops and tours around the institute’s research facilities, the participants will enjoy an evening buffet with drinks, provided by Doctor Chef catering and Teikas Alus brewery, and take part in easy-going social activities.
The social and networking activities are supported by Armgate, a valued partner and provider of laboratory equipment from world's leading manufacturers.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held on April 25 at the art inspired restaurans Niklāvs on Mārstaļu Str 1 in Old Riga.
The number of dinner guests is limited to 60 people, so the authors of later submissions might not be able to attend the dinner.
Best Scientific Picture Contest
The participants of the conference are encouraged to submit their science related artwork – be it a photo, drawing, fancy graph or any other creative picture. The submitted works will be displayed at the conference venue and all attendees will vote for their favourite one.
The participants can submit their artwork by sending the image, its title and short description to the organizers of the conference by e-mail btechpro@kki.lv until March 26, 2024. April 9, 2024.
